SPONGE

We will use a special sponge to wet each window down. The special solution we use is safe and effective for all window types.

SQUEEGEE

A squeegee is the most effective way to clean a window. We never use a paper towel or newspaper to wipe anything down.

RAZORBLADE

A razorblade will be used for difficult windows. At times, construction debris, bug remains, bird excrement, calcium residue, and dirt can call for the 6 inch razorblade.

FRAMES

Inside and out, each window frame will be completely wiped down. This eliminates spider web buildup and keeps the frame looking fresh.

TRACKS

Sometimes the dirtiest part of the window is the track. We will open every window up, clean out the dirt, wipe it down, and get it looking good again.

SCREENS

Each screen will have its metal frame wiped down. The screen will be washed with a hose and put back on the window once dry.
